摘要
为了探明水肥耦合对大麻生长发育的影响,以云麻1号为材料,采用盆栽试验,通过12个处理研究水肥耦合对大麻不同生育时期株高及生物量的影响。结果表明:成熟期大麻生物量和株高最大的分别为组别9(水45%,氮0.267 g/kg,磷0.100 g/kg,钾0.067 g/kg)和组别7(水45%,氮0.133 g/kg,磷0.133 g/kg,钾0.100 g/kg)。水肥对大麻各生育期株高及生物量的影响表现为水效应>肥效应。在成熟期,对大麻生物量影响的大小依次为水效应>氮效应>磷效应>钾效应,对株高的影响大小依次为水效应>磷效应>钾效应>氮效应。合理施肥能促进大麻对水分的利用,在保证施肥量的情况下要给大麻足够的水分灌溉。
In order to investigate the effect of water-fertilizer coupling on the growth of hemp,Yunma No.1 hemp was treated with 12 water and fertilizer coupling treatments at different growth stages with pot experiment,and the plant height and biomass of hemp were measured.The results showed that the biomass and plant height of hemp in mature period was highest under group 9 (Water 45%,N 0.267 g/kg,P 0.100 g/kg,K 0.067 g/kg) and group 7 (Water 45%,N 0.133 g/kg,P 0.133 g/kg,K 0.100 g/kg) respectively.Effect of water effect on plant height and biomass of hemp during all growth periods was more than the effect of fertilizer.In mature period,the effect on biomass of hemp were,in order,water >nitrogen >phosphorus >potassium,and the effect of plant height were,in or-der,water >phosphorus >potassium >nitrogen.Reasonable fertilization could improve the water utilization rate of hemp,enough water should been provided under the condition of fertilization.
