摘要
概述了代谢组学的技术手段及代谢组学在烟草(Nicotiana tabacum)香味物质研究中的应用现状,并展望了代谢组学在烟草香味物质研究领域的发展趋势。
Metabonomics,developed from the late 20th century,is a new discipline comprehensively researching on all metabolites in organisms.It is to analyze qualitatively and quantitatively and reveal the mechanism of metabolism in organisms.Although metabonomics has been developing rapidly in recent decades,the application of metabonomics on research of tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum) aroma composition is still in the primary stage.The technical methods and progress on aroma composition in tobacco were reviewed;and the prospects of the application of metabonomics on the research of tobacco aroma composition were looked forward.
