摘要
采用方差分析模型,通过研究C57BL/KsJ-db/db小鼠的血液脂类生化指标特性,发现其高血糖和高血脂等特点与人类的Ⅱ型糖尿病和非酒精性脂肪肝病的特点较为相似,可用于对该类疾病的研究或药效评价等方面,为研究者提供参考。
The blood lipid biological characteristics of C57BL/KsJ-db/db mice were studied by variance analysis model.The results showed that the characters of hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia in db/db mice were similar to that of type Ⅱ diabetes and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease of human,thus could provide references for research in these diseases and efficacy evaluation.
