摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法测定饲料中吡啶甲酸铬的方法,采用C18反相柱,以乙腈和磷酸二氢钠水溶液(用0.1 mol/L氢氧化钠调至pH 8.5)(10∶90,V/V)为流动相,263 nm处检测。吡啶甲酸铬在2.5~0.8μg范围内色谱峰面积与进样量呈良好线性关系,相关系数(R2)为0.999 7;加标回收率为98.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.69%。该方法具有较高的分离率、准确度、精密度和灵敏度,能对饲料中的吡啶甲酸铬进行准确的测定,适合饲料生产企业使用。
Analysis of chromium picolinate in feed by high efficiency liquid chromatography(HPLC) was established.Chromium picolinate was separated in C18 reversed-phase column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile and sodium dihydrogen phosphate water solution(10∶90,V/V)(pH 8.5 adjusted by 0.1 mol/L NaOH),and detected at 263 nm.The results showed a good performance was at linear relation of chromatographic peak area and sample size when chromium picolinate was at range of 2.5~0.8 μg,correlation coefficient R2 was 0.999 7,recovery rate reached 98.3% and RSD was 0.69%.It showed a good result in separating effect,accuracy,precision and sensitivity,and provided quantitative determination of chromium picolinate in feed.The method is suitable for corporations which produce feed.
