激素组合对甘薯鄂薯6号茎尖愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的影响

摘要 以高淀粉甘薯(Ipomoea batatas Lam.)鄂薯6号茎尖为试材,研究不同激素组合对其愈伤组织诱导以及再生率的影响。结果表明,与添加0.2 mg/L 6-BA+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D的培养基相比,仅添加2.0 mg/L2,4-D的培养基诱导出愈伤组织的所需的时间短,诱导率高,平均诱导率为95.6%;含有0.2 mg/L 6-BA的培养基中平均诱导率为91.0%,两处理的差异达显著水平(P<0.05)。不同激素浓度组合对植株再生率的影响不显著,平均再生率高于175.0%。 Taking the tip of sweet potato(Ipomoea batatas Lam.) cultivar Eshu NO.6 as test material,the effects of plant hormone on callus induction rate and plant regeneration were studied.The result showed that compared with 0.2 mg/L 6-BA+ 2.0 mg/L 2,4-D treatment,2.0 mg/L 2,4-D was better for callus induction as induction time was shorter while induction rate(95.6%) was higher.Callus induction rate in medium with 0.2 mg/L 6-BA+2.0 mg/L 2,4-D was 91.0%,which was significantly lower than that in medium without 0.2 mg/L 6-BA(P<0.05).The effects of hormone combination on plant regeneration rate was not significant;and the average regeneration rate was over 175.0%.
