摘要
以"整村推进"扶贫模式的实施在河北省顺平县李思庄村进行实地调查,依托"整村推进"扶贫模式,提出了继续加大农村基础设施建设、强化项目引资新思维、坚持融资渠道多元化,以市场为导向因地制宜培育当地由"输血"向"造血"功能转变的主导产业等对策建议。
Investigation was conducted in Lisizhuang village where the model of whole village advancement was carried out in poverty alleviation.Countermeasures of poverty alleviation were proposed such as constructing rural infrastructure,using new thoughts in introducing projects,diversifying financing channels,carrying out market-oriented policy based on local conditions and supporting local pillar industries.
