摘要
研究稻种资源遗传多样性,发掘与利用优异种质资源是水稻品种改良及种质创新的基础。利用中国农业部水稻品种鉴定DNA指纹方法中推荐的24对SSR引物,对27个优异水稻种质资源材料进行遗传多样性分析,计算遗传相似系数并进行聚类分析,分类结果与品种亲缘关系基本一致。在此基础上,通过构建各种质资源材料的指纹图谱,建立相应的分子身份证并探索新的建立方法,以方便区分各个种质资源。
The genetic diversity studies in rice resources and the exploration and utilization of elite germplasm resources are the basis of improving varieties of rice and germplasm innovation.The genetic diversity of 27 elite rice germplasm resources were analyzed,the genetic similarity coefficients of them were calculated,and these rice resources were clustered using 24 pairs of SSR primers recommended in the files of the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture rice variety identification(DNA fingerprint method),then the fingerprint of each parent germplasm was constructed and a set of corresponding molecular identity cards were built,and new formulation methods to facilitate the distinction of each germplasm resource were explored.
