小麦白粉病离体叶片法生物测定技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 小麦白粉病是由子囊菌亚门真菌小麦白粉病菌(Blumeria graminis)引起的一种世界性小麦病害。小麦白粉病菌无法在人工培养基上生长繁殖,基于植株的筛选方式难以适用于室内高通量筛选。试验通过分析小麦白粉病在室内植株上的发病特点,进行了离体叶片人工接种方法的探索,对影响小麦白粉病侵染的主要因素进行了研究,建立了基于离体叶片法和低压微量喷雾法的高通量筛选方法。利用该方法对2种抗真菌剂进行了室内生物测定试验,同时对480份放线菌液体摇瓶发酵提取物进行了杀菌活性筛选。结果表明,该方法能稳定、高效地进行先导化合物筛选。 Wheat powdery mildew is a kind of obligate parasite,caused by Blumeria graminis.The lead compounds for control wheat powdery mildew can only be screened on plant leaves,since the pathogen is not cultured in media.The artificial inoculation of wheat powdery mildew was studied on leaf-dish.The factors effecting the infection of wheat powdery mildew were studied by analyzing the disease features of wheat powdery mildew on indoor plant.The program of screening method was established based on the method of the leaf-dish bioassay and low-pressure micro-spraying method.Two fungicides and 480 extracts from microorganism were tested by the screening method.The results showed that the method for screening lead compounds is stable and efficient.
