摘要
研究了不同采收期处理对红花大金元鲜烟叶成熟过程中主要化学成分变化与烤后烟叶品质的影响。结果表明,鲜烟叶随着采收期的推后,叶色变黄程度与主脉变白比例提高,烟叶色素逐渐分解,类胡萝卜素与叶绿素比值上升,糖类化合物含量增加到最大值后下降,总氮含量下降,烟碱含量大体呈上升趋势;在3个采收期处理中,分别以下部叶常规采收、中部叶比常规采收推后7 d采收、上部叶比常规采收推后8 d采收烤后烟叶品质最佳。
Influence of harvesting time on changes of major chemical composition and quality of tobacco cultivar Honghuadajinyuan was studied.The results showed that as the delaying of harvesting time,the pigment in fresh tobacco leaves resolved;the yellowing degree,ratio of whiting main vein,ratio of carotenoid to chlorophyll and the content of nicotine increased;while the content of carbohydrates increased to the peak and then reduced;the content of total nitrogen and protein reduced.Among three treatments of harvesting time,the best flue-cured tobacco leaves could be obtain if lower leaves were harvest at regular harvesting time,middle leaves harvest 7 d later than regular harvesting time,and upper leaves harvest 8 d later than regular harvesting time.
