摘要
蛇孢菌素是一类来源于真菌的具有多种生物活性的化合物。对蛇孢菌素的发现、来源及特点进行了介绍,并重点对蛇孢菌素的植物毒性、抗菌、抗线虫、尤其是抗癌等生物活性的研究现状进行了综述,探讨了现有研究存在的不足以及今后深入研究的方向。
Ophiobolins, which produced by fungi, are a type of compound with a variety of biological activity. This article briefly introduced the discovery of ophiobolins as well as their sources and characteristics and reviewed the present study on their phytotoxicity and their inhibitory activities against microbial, nematodes and the cytotoxic activity against cancer cells.Lastly, problems and useful solutions in present studies were discussed.
