摘要
独头蒜是指大蒜未经过低温春化阶段而形成的未分瓣的蒜头,具有较高的营养价值和市场价值。研究对国内独头蒜的形成机理及栽培技术进行了概述,并对独头蒜的研究现状和方向进行了探讨,期望为进一步开展独头蒜相关研究提供借鉴。
Single-clove garlic refers to the ordinary garlic without vernalization stage and the formation of non split garlic,it has higher nutritive value and market value.The research summarized the formation mechanism and cultivation techniques of the single-clove garlic,and then the present research status and orientation were discussed,in order to provide reference for the further research in the single-clove garlic.
