耐高温长日晒茶花品种的调查筛选 被引量:1

摘要 2018年夏季,持续40 d的高温晴热导致湖北省农业科学院保存的茶花品种出现晒伤症状。通过对引进的28个茶花品种共170份露地栽培材料进行栽培表型观测和灾后调查,研究了茶花晒伤程度、晒后30 d恢复程度与植株品种、生长类型、株高、冠幅、分枝数、分枝角度等性状指标的相关性。结果表明,茶花晒伤程度与植株冠幅、分枝数和生长类型更相关,与品种较不相关;茶花植株在晒伤后的恢复生长速度与品种密切相关。主成分分析和系统聚类说明植株表型性状和晒后恢复程度都是茶花栽培品质评价的主要指标,并以此筛选出8个较耐高温长日晒的茶花品种。 The hot,sunny weather during midmonth of July,2018 brought sunburn to the Camellia resources of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences.Survey of 170 plants belonging to 28 Camellia cultivars was performed after disaster.Levels of sunburn under long-term sun exposure and later recovery were surveyed as well as plant cultivar,breeding type,height,crown width,number and degree of branches.Results showed that level of sunburn was significantly related to crown width,number of branches and breeding type of plants.Plant cultivar was significantly related to level of recovery,while had no correlation to level of sunburn.PCA analysis and Cluster analysis results suggested that phenotypic characters and level of recovery after sunburn were both important cultivation quantity factors in Camellia.8 cultivars as long-term sunlight resistant were finally selected.
