摘要
应用布鲁氏菌(Brucella)虎红平板凝集试验和衣原体IHA试验,对青海省都兰县某骆驼养殖场的47份骆驼血清进行了布鲁氏菌和衣原体病的特异性检测,5份全血样品进行了PCR检测。结果表明,检出布鲁氏菌阳性血清1份,阳性率1.4%,衣原体血清检测全部阴性;布鲁氏菌PCR检测结果全部为阴性,有1份衣原体PCR检测为阳性。说明该骆驼养殖场已经存在布鲁氏菌病和衣原体病,应该引起相关部门的重视并采取相应的措施。
To investigate the prevalence of brucellosis and chlamydiosis of camel in Dulan county of Qinghai province,Serum samples(n=47)from camel were detected by Rose-Bengal plate Agglutination Test(RBPT)and Indirect Hemagglutination Assay(IHA),Blood samples(n=47)from camel were detected by PCR.The results of serological diagnosis showed that one serum sample was brucella positive and the positive rate was 1.4 percent,and no serum sample was chlamydia positive.The results of PCR showed that one blood sample was chlamydia positive and all the samples were brucella negative.The survey revealed that a few camel have been infected by brucellosis and chlamydisosis.So related departments should be caused take seriously and take corresponding measures.
