江苏省融资租赁业发展的分析与评价

Analysis and Evaluation of Financing Leasing Development in Jiangsu Province

目前,中国大多数企业存在融资难的问题,而银行信贷由于门槛较高将许多企业挡在门外。融资租赁作为一种将"融资"与"融物"相结合的新式融资方式,可以降低企业的融资门槛,因此,发展融资租赁也是解决企业融资难的一条重要渠道。本研究分析和评价了江苏省融资租赁业的发展状况,研究了融资租赁业发展对江苏省经济发展的影响,揭示了江苏省融资租赁业发展中存在的问题,提出了促进江苏融资租赁业发展的相关建议。

At present,the problems of financing difficulties exist in most enterprises of our country,and the bank credit due to the high barriers to many enterprises outside the door.Financing lease,as a new financing way of combining'financing'and'harmony',can reduce the threshold of financing,therefore,the development of financing lease to solve the enterprise financing difficulties is one of the important channels.This research analyzes and evaluates the development situation of financing leasing,studies the influence of the economic development in Jiangsu province financing leasing contributed,reveals the problems existing in the development of financing leasing in Jiangsu province and put forward the related suggestions to promote the financing leasing development.
