外源硒对福橙叶片光合特性和叶片养分含量的影响 被引量:6

Effects of exogenous selenium on photosynthetic characteristics and nutrient content of Fucheng orange leaves

摘要 以福橙为研究对象,设置7个处理,分析福橙叶片的光合特征和叶片养分含量的变化情况。结果表明,叶面喷施亚硒酸钠溶液增强了福橙植株叶的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度,降低了细胞间CO2浓度。在福橙的幼果期(6月)对其叶面喷施200 mg/L亚硒酸钠溶液,福橙叶片硒的含量达到0.116 mg/kg,是不增施外源硒叶片含硒量的2倍多。对硒处理与福橙叶片养分含量进行相关性分析,叶片中Se含量与Ca、Zn含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与N、P、K、Mg、Mn的含量呈正相关,而与叶片中的Fe、Cu含量呈负相关。综合试验分析,幼果期(6月)叶面喷施200 mg/L亚硒酸硒处理影响了叶片的养分含量,增强了福橙树体的光合作用,促进了福橙叶片硒元素的富集。 Absrtact: Taking Fucheng orange as the research object, seven treatments were set up, the photosynthetic characteristics and nutrient content of leaves of Fucheng orange were analyzed. The results showed that spraying sodium selenite solution on the leaves increased net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, and decreased intercellular CO2 concentration. In the young fruit stage of Fucheng orange(June), the treatment of 200 mg/L sodium selenite solution was carried out on the foliar surface. The content of selenium in the leaves of Fucheng orange reached 0.116 mg/kg, compared with the treatment of no additional application of exogenous selenium,the selenium content of leaves was more than twice. The correlation analysis between selenium treatment and nutrient content of Fucheng orange leaves showed that Se content was positively correlated with Ca and Zn content(P<0.05), positively correlated with N, P, K, Mg and Mn content, and negatively correlated with Fe and Cu content in leaves. Comprehensive experiment analysis showed that spraying 200 mg/L selenium selenite on the leaves of young fruit stage(June) affected the nutrient content of leaves, enhanced the photosynthesis of Fucheng orange tree and promoted the enrichment of selenium in Fucheng orange leaves.
