摘要
青贮玉米不同品种营养品质差异较大,试验检测的7个青贮玉米品种中,郑青贮1号和北农青贮208两个品种品质较好。抽雄吐穗至黄熟期进行分期收获,综合考虑适宜青贮的含水量以及生物学产量和主要营养质量的最大化,青贮玉米的最佳收获期为抽雄后的30~35 d。高温季节(夏种秋收)种植青贮玉米不利于养分尤其是蛋白质的形成和积累,青贮发酵能改善和提高营养品质。
The nutritional quality of silage maize with different varieties varied greatly. Zheng Silage 1 and Beinong Silage208 were the best among the seven varieties of silage maize tested in this experiment. The optimum harvest time of silage maize was 30~35 days after heading. Silage maize planting in high temperature season(summer and autumn harvest) is not conducive to the formation and accumulation of nutrients, especially for the protein. Silage fermentation can effectively improve the nutritional quality.
