摘要
随着现代城市的不断发展和建筑物使用年限的增加以及防雷新技术的应用,通过对雷击风险评估现状的分析,发现其风险因子已经发生了较大变化,建筑物原有的雷击风险评估已经不可信,其风险计算值与真实值发生了较大偏差,研究主要从以下几个方面分析了进行雷击风险复评估的必要性:一是建筑物及其周围的设施变化和新改扩建影响;二是建筑物周围的电磁环境和下垫面地形的变化;三是雷电预警与大数据等新技术的应用。
With the continuous development of modern cities,the increasing use of buildings and the application of new lightning protection technologies,through the analysis of the current situation of lightning risk assessment,it is found that the risk factors have changed greatly,and the original lightning strikes of the buildings The risk assessment is not credible,and the risk calculation value is greatly deviated from the real value.Therefore,the work of re-evaluation of lightning risk should be carried out.This paper analyzes the necessity of re-evaluation of lightning risk from the following aspects:First,construction The changes in facilities and surrounding facilities and the impact of new renovations;the second is the electromagnetic environment around the building and the changes in the underlying surface;the third is the application of new technologies such as lightning warning and big data.
