基于文本相似度的电力行业专利价值评估方法研究

Research on evaluation method of patent value of power industry based on text similarity

结合了现有的专利价值评估指标体系以及电力行业的专利发展现状,提出了基于文本相似度计算的电力行业专利价值评估方法,用以挖掘专利数据内部的、客观的信息。通过专利相似度和新颖度指标量化了专利的独特性和新颖程度,依此来评价电力行业的专利质量。

The existing patent value evaluation index system and the status of patent development in the power industry were combined.A power industry patent value evaluation method was proposed based on text similarity calculation to explore the internal and objective information of patent data.The uniqueness and novelty of patents were quantified through patent similarity and novelty indicators.Based on this method,the patent quality of the power industry was evaluated.
