卓越农林人才教育培养计划下地方高校教师教学能力培养效果研究

Research on the training effect of teachers’ teaching ability in local universities under the education and training plan of excellent agricultural and forestry talents

以延边大学为例,分析了地方高校教师教学能力培养相关培训的现状和存在的问题,并提出了复合型卓越农林人才培养目标下地方高校教师教学能力培养体系的优化建议。

Absrtact:Taking Yanbian University as an example,this paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems in the training of teachers’teaching ability in local universities,and put forward some suggestions on how to optimize the training system of teachers’teaching ability in local universities under the goal of cultivating compound excellent agricultural and forestry talents.
