基于协商民主的南京市G社区治理研究

Research on Nanjing G community governance based on deliberative democracy

以推进城乡社区协商制度化、规范化和程序化为目标,旨在化解基层社会矛盾,促进和谐发展,建立协商民主的机制,推动居民有序、依法参与到社区的公共事务中来。以南京市G社区为研究对象,分析了南京市G社区的协商自治模式和其取得的成效。

With the goal of promoting the institutionalization,standardization and proceduralization of urban and rural community consultation,it aims to resolve grassroots social conflicts,promote harmonious development,establish a mechanism for deliberative democracy,and promote residents’participation in social public affairs in an orderly and legal manner.Taking G community of Nanjing city as the research object,the mode of consultative autonomy of G community in Nanjing and its achievements are analyzed.
