摘要
本文介绍一套基于可编程序控制器 (PL C)的惰性气体发生系统。文中详细介绍了惰性气体发生系统的流程图 ,主要硬件电路结构和软件的设计。从近一年的使用结果表明 ,该系统操作方便 ,可靠性高 。
The paper introduces an inert gas system based on programmable controller (PLC). The flow diagram of inert gas system, the circuit configuration of major hardware and software design are detailed in the paper. From the result of one year operation, the system shows the featues of easy operation, high reliability and better application prospect.
