资源错配与我国经济发展研究述评

A Review of Studies on Resource mismatch and China's Economic Development

资源错配对我国经济产生了多方面的巨大影响,严重阻碍了我国经济发展的质量和效益。减少资源错配、提高资源配置效率,不仅是高质量增长的本质要求,也是高质量增长的支撑基础。为此,在分析已有文献的基础上,文章对我国资源错配的表现形式、测度方法、经济效应和内在原因等进行了梳理和归类,并指出了已有研究的不足和对未来研究的展望。

Resource mismatch has a great impact on China’s economic development, seriously hindered the quality and benefit of China’s economy development. Reducing the mismatch of resources and improving the efficiency of resource allocation is not only the essential requirement of high quality growth, but also the support foundation of high quality growth. How to achieve effective allocation of resources, has always been an important task for China’s sustained economic growth. Therefore, based on the analysis of existing lit-eratures, this paper sorts out and classifies the forms, measurement methods, economic effects and internal causes of resource mismatches in China, and points out the shortcomings of existing researches and puts forward some policy recommendations for the control of resource mismatches in China.
