基于Brusselator模型的“零废城市”形成机理探讨

摘要 "零废城市"是一种先进的城市管理理念,是建设美丽中国的细胞工程。在对相关文献梳理的基础上,阐述零废弃物与"零废城市"的涵义,着重介绍澳大利亚、美国与英国零废弃物发展实践。基于转义的Brusselator模型,重点探讨"零废城市"的形成机理。研究结果表明:"零废城市"的形成,需要原有城市废弃物管理系统远离平衡态,需要政府与公众从政治、经济与技术等方面,建立能产生足够大"负熵"的外部环境;只有当负熵超过一定的"阈值"时,系统主体感知到"压力",才会通过要素整合、资源互补与协同管理等自催化反应和非线性作用,向零废管理系统跃迁。 As an advanced concept of urban management, Zero Waste City is a cellular project to build a beautiful China. Based on the analysis of relevant literatures, the concepts were explained of Zero Waste and Zero Waste City. It was introduced about current development practices of Zero Waste in Australia, America and the UK. The internal formation mechanism of Zero Waste City was discussed by applying transferred Brusselator model. The results show that the previous urban waste management system is required to stay away from equilibrium to promote the formation of Zero Waste City;the external environment is demanded to establish that can generate enough large negative entropy flow from political, economic and technological aspects. When the negative entropy exceeds a certain threshold in order to perceive pressure by the subject elements, the previous system will jump to Zero Waste System through the self-catalytic reactions and nonlinear interaction, such as the complementary of resources, integration of elements, cooperative management and so on.
