中美贸易摩擦的政治经济学分析

A Political and Economic Analysis of Sino-US Trade Frictions

中美贸易争端由来已久,1980年代开始,中美双方贸易就摩擦不断,此后,贸易摩擦形式由单纯的经济摩擦转向政治性摩擦、制度性摩擦。2017年,中美双方再次爆发较大规模的贸易摩擦,持续至今。中美贸易摩擦远不是一个经济问题,它还是一种国家战略和政治利益博弈、经济民族主义和贸易保护主义博弈,是中美两国为了维护本国利益而进行的经济贸易斗争。贸易摩擦从来都没有'赢家',它对中美双方经济贸易都是一种伤害,同时也连累全球经济走向疲软。因而,面对此次中美贸易摩擦,中国在不断提升自身实力、采取相应的策略外,还应协商谈判,避免贸易磨擦升级。

Sino-US trade disputes have existed since 1980 s that vary in form from simple economic friction to political and institutional confrontations.The latest one has broken out in a large-scale since 2017.It is claimed to be a game of national strategic and political interests,economic nationalism and trade protectionism,to safeguard national interests.But trade friction creates no winner.Moreover,the friction also hurts the global economy.Therefore,in the face of this Sino-US trade friction,China and the United States should lay down disputes and negotiate through win-win cooperation.
