摘要
以经过筛选的颗粒物质为研究对象,采用固定漏斗法进行颗粒物质堆积.在堆积过程中录像,记录颗粒堆积过程.录像视频处理为图片后,再采用"CorelDraw"软件作数据处理,计算得出颗粒物质黄米、小米和油菜籽在堆积过程中的堆积角,得到堆积角随时间的变化关系,测得堆积崩塌角和静止极小角.结合已测得的颗粒物的物理参数,分析颗粒物的表面摩擦系数和颗粒堆积密度对颗粒物质堆积的稳定性的影响.研究发现,颗粒物质的表面摩擦系数和堆积密度越大,堆积的崩塌角越大.
We take the selected kinds of particles as our experiment subjects.The particles were accumulated by using the fixed funnel method and the drifting processes was recorded by some videos.Then we translate the videos into pictures and analyzed them by the calculation software'CorelDraw'.We get the static angle and the collapse angle of the millet,yellow rice,rapeseed and coriander,and we get the relationship between the collapse angle of cereals and time by these picture.Based on the measured physical parameters of the cereals,we also analyze the dependence of the surface friction coefficient,the granular packing density and the surface roundness of the cereals on the drifting angle and the collapse angle of the kinds of particles.It is shown that the larger the surface friction coefficient and the stacking density are,the larger the collapse angle of the cereals will be.
