摘要
以粉煤灰、废陶瓷和山皮土为主要原料,SiC为发泡剂,采用原位发泡法制备泡沫陶瓷,考察了SiC掺量、烧成温度对材料孔隙率、体密度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明,当烧成温度为1300~1400℃,发泡剂SiC掺量以4~6wt%时,可制备出孔隙率高、体密度低、孔径均匀的泡沫陶瓷。
Ceramic foams were prepared by in-situ foaming method with fly ash, waste ceramics and scallops as the main raw materials and SiC power as foaming agent. The effects of the SiC content and sintering temperature on the porosity, bulk density and compressive strength of ceramic foams were studied. The results show that ceramic foams with high porosity, small bulk density and uniform aperture can be prepared when the firing temperature is 1300-1400℃ and the SiC content is 4-6 wt%.
