高频感应重熔对等离子喷涂Ni基涂层的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了进一步提升等离子喷涂层的性能,通过等离子喷涂工艺在环形45钢基体表面制备了Ni基涂层,随后采用高频感应加热的方式对该涂层进行了重熔处理,研究了高频感应重熔工艺对等离子喷涂层组织结构和性能的影响。结果表明,重熔参数是决定重熔效果的关键,选择合适的工艺参数对工件表面的涂层进行重熔处理,可以有效改善涂层与基体的界面结合状态,并且重熔以后涂层的致密度和表面硬度得到明显提高。 In order to improve the properties of plasma spray coating, in this paper, Ni-based coating was prepared on the surface of annular 45 steel substrate by plasma spraying process, and then the plasma spray coating was remelted by high frequency induction heating, and the effect of remelting process on the microstructure and properties of plasma spraying coating was studied. The results show that the remelting parameters was the key to the remelting effect, and the remelting treatment of the workpiece surface coating by selecting the appropriate parameters can effectively improve the interface bonding state between the coating and the substrate, and the density and surface hardness of the coating were obviously improved after remelting.
