针对目前国内筛分设备的技术情况,为了节约能源、延长设备的使用寿命,研究开发了一种新型筛分设备。该筛分设备具有功耗小、频率高、振幅小、振动柔和等特点,对于细颗粒物料或湿法筛分更有优势。该创新项目能够实现在延长筛箱使用寿命的同时,降低耗费功率,对实际生产有一定的指导意义。

The screening equipment has the characteristics of low power consumption, high frequency, small amplitude, soft vibration and so on. It is of more advantageous for fine particles or wet screening.The innovative project can prolong the service life of the sieve box and reduce the power consumption, which has a certain guiding significance for the actual production.
