基于现代学徒制模式高职交通类专业课程建设研究

Construction of Higher Vocational Transportation Courses Based on Modern Apprenticeship Mode

目前,现代学徒制人才培养模式越来越受到高校、学生及家长的认可。主要以辽宁经济职业技术学院交通枢纽运营管理专业的现代学徒制模式为基础,通过对交通行业企业调研,对岗位能力需求进行分析,最终构建出以岗位能力来设置交通专业课程体系,为"双元育人,工学交替"的人才培养奠定了坚固基础,对推动高职院校学徒制内涵建设具有借鉴意义。

At present, the modern apprenticeship training model is increasingly recognized by universities, students and parents. This paper is mainly based on the modern apprenticeship model of the transportation hub operation management of Liaoning Economic Vocational and Technical College to analyzes the needs of post capacity by investigating the transportation industry enterprises, and finally constructs a transportation professional course system with post ability. The talent cultivation of dual education,engineering and engineering has laid a solid foundation and it has reference significance for promoting the connotation construction of apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges.
