地方院校中留守经历大学生抗挫折能力培养研究

摘要 留守儿童是我国社会经济发展阶段的一个特殊产物,曾经的留守经历给了他们一定的心理创伤,影响了他们正常的学习与生活,直接造成了挫折承受力普遍偏低这一客观现实。有留守经历的大学生,在面对这些困难时,由于挫折承受力较低,很容易出现畏难情绪,也缺乏必要的自信,甚至产生轻生、厌世之类的极端反应。根据相关统计,地方院校学生群体中,有留守经历的学生人数占在校生总人数的比重比知名院校高。地方院校中的学生工作人员认真研究这一问题,在开展心理疏导的同时,还应引导这群具有留守经历的大学生设立科学的个体自我抱负水平,帮助他们正确认识自我归因、增强个体抗挫折认知能力,最终帮助他们抚平留守经历在他们心灵深处所留下的创伤,提升他们的抗挫折能力,树立积极向上的世界观、价值观与人生观,帮助他们健康成长与成才。 The stay-at-home children are a special phenomenon of the social and economic development stage in our country. The stay-at-home experience has affected their normal study and life, which has directly caused the objective reality that the frustration endurance is generally low. When facing these difficulties, college students with stay-at-home experience are prone to be afraid of difficulties, lack of necessary self-confidence, and even have extreme reactions such as being light-hearted and weary of the world. According to relevant statistics, the number of students in local colleges and universities who have left behind accounts for a higher proportion of the total number of students than that in well-known colleges and universities. Student staff in local colleges and universities should study this problem carefully.While conducting psychological counseling, they should also guide these college students with stay-at-home experience to set up a scientific level of individual self-aspiration, help them correctly understand self-attribution, enhance individual cognitive ability to resist setbacks, and ultimately help them heal their stay-at-home experience. The trauma left in their hearts can enhance their ability to resist setbacks, foster a positive outlook on the world, values and life, and help them grow up and become successful.
