摘要
文章结合移动互联网时代带来的变化,分析目前运营商通信业务推广存在的问题,提出在新的形势下,运营商要拓展业务推广渠道,要以客户为本要建设智能化台,开发产品,简约流程,提高为客户服务水平,并分析了为了达到目标需要的政策和技术支持。
The paperanalyzes the changes brought by the mobile Internet era firstly,andthen analyzesthe problems existing in the promotion of communication business operators based on the changes. It mainly put forward the channels of expand marketing,the suggest on intelligent service platform, the development ofmobile telecommunication service products, the simple process,the improvement of customer service level for the Telecommunication Carriers under the new situations. In the final, the paper analyzes the need of policy and technical support.
