地方高校平安校园技防建设的问题及对策思考——以视频监控建设为例

Reflection on problems and countermeasures of technological prevention for safe campus construction in local universities——taking the construction of video surveillance as an example

为满足新时期教育发展需要,地方高校需要不断优化校园管理模式,平安校园建设就是新型管理模式的具体体现。立足技防建设的角度,以视频监控建设为例,对地方高校平安校园技防建设存在的若干问题进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了基于"统一组织—规划建设—过程监管—优化管理"的技防建设策略。

In order to meet the needs of educational development in the new era, local universities need constantly optimize the campus management mode, the construction of safe campus is the concrete embodiment of the new management mode. Based on the perspective of technological prevention construction, taking the construction of video surveillance as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems of technological prevention for safe campus construction in local universities, and then put forward the construction strategy of technological prevention based on the idea of'unified organization, planning and construction, process supervision, optimization management'.
