摘要 随着企业的快速发展以及移动设备方便协同,对于传统的CRM来说,简简单单用PC来做客户管理已经不能满足管理层的要求,不能适应企业的快速发展。文章构建了基于移动终端的CRM,该APP是一款基于数据碎片化和应用时间碎片化的轻量型产品,通过自定义脚本测试,人工测试,虚拟机测试等为APP提供了更完善的交互,并通过后期用户反馈问题,对项目进行完善。 With the rapid development of enterprises and the mobile devices to facilitate collaboration, traditional CRM, simply used PC to do the customer management can not meet the requirements of the management, and can not adapt to the rapid development of enterprises. This paper designed CRM based on mobile terminal. This app is a lightweight product based on fragmentation of data and application time. The project provided this app with a better interaction through custom scripts testing,manual testing; Virtual machine testing. The project improved by the latter part of user feedback problems.
