摘要 调度电话交换系统是电网安全、稳定运行的重要指挥系统,安徽电网调度交换系统为技术成熟的数字程控交换设备,但是业务单一、带宽窄、维护成本高。为了适应新的调度业务需求,安徽省电力公司根据国网公司通信网规划,建设调度软交换系统。建设面临以下几个问题:1系统容灾要求高;2被调用户多样;3网络基础不均衡。文章结合电力行业的特点,提出安徽电网调度软交换系统融合组网方案,该方案充分利用现有资源,既能增加调度交换网的安全可靠性,又能实现各层级、各站点的接入以及多媒体调度业务。 Dispatching switching system is an important command system for the safe and stable operation of power network.Anhui Electric Power Company dispatching switching equipment is mature digital program-controlled switching system. But the system service is single, the system bandwidth is small and the system maintenance cost is high. According to the plan of State Grid, Anhui Electric Power Company build the soft switch system in order to adapt to new scheduling business requirements. There are some problems in the construction:(1) the system has more sever demands for disaster tolerant;(2) different kinds of users;(3) network infrastructure is not balanced. This paper proposes the scheme of the fusion network in the soft switch system of Anhui electric power dispatching, combining the characteristics of electricity industry. This scheme makes full use of existing resources. Result shows that the reliability of dispatching exchange network has been improved significantly and all users can access the system. The system can also provide the multimedia services.
