互联网+回收

垃圾围城是社会急需解决的问题,分类回收是解决难题的根本方法,但在广州,开展了10年的垃圾分类工作面临诸多严峻的现实问题。如今,互联网+分类回收是新突破口。互联网+回收(O2O回收)利用互联网线上回收线下物流新模式,实现高效快速的废品回收。我们通过问卷调查以及对比O2O回收和传统回收的方法,针对O2O优势提出了一系列发展策略规划分析。总结了O2O回收具有促进资源优化配置、扩大规模效应、绿色环保、促进再生资源回收行业转型升级等五大优势以及O2O回收发展会受到顾客利益保障、企业运营遇阻、缺少政府政策等难题和互联网时代带来的商业机遇,并提出了O2O回收的创新商业模式及持续发展的商业模式、国家如何扶持O2O回收业的发展。
