摘要 针对机载机电管理系统具备独立的故障记录系统的特点,设计了一种基于NVRAM记录信息的数据下载与分析设备设计方案。在该设计中,基于一台数据下载与分析设备,可以实现多套机载机电管理系统故障记录数据的同时下载与解析,通过分析下载的机电管理系统数据,可以为分析机载机电管理系统工作状态和故障排除提供依据。试验结果和测试数据表明,该方案可有效节省硬件资源,缩短故障排查与定位时间,在SRU级维修中使用该设备,可以平均节省30%的排故时间,故障定位准确率提高3.5%。 This paper designs a test equipment for downloading and analyzing error recording data based on NVRAM for airborne electro-mechanical systems.
