一种双余度反延时过压保护设计

摘要 在电源系统中,过压故障对用电负载和电源系统本身的危害极大,因此过压故障处理的可靠性尤为重要,而传统过压故障保护设计可靠性和安全性较低。文章提出一种新的双余度反延时过压保护设计,首先在硬件电路上设置三相半波整流、分压、滤波、反延时保护、比较等功能电路,实现硬件反延时过压保护电路,同时在软件中设置电压周期采集、门限比较、电压增量叠加、时间增量叠加等方式,实现软件反延时过压保护功能,通过软件和硬件共同对过压电源进行切除,这两种切除方式互为备份,大大提高了电源系统的可靠性和安全性,目前已成功应用于机载产品中。
