摘要
高校既是重要的用能单位,又是传播节能新理念、创造节能新技术、研发节能新产品的重要基地。作为国家节能的重要组成部分,通过建设高校节能监管平台,实现对全校能耗进行实时、动态监测,统一监管,是建设低碳、节约型校园的重要举措。研发校园能耗监测系统的成套技术,在高校进行示范,并形成技术导则,应用于其它高校今后校园能耗监测系统的建设,为高校长效的节能管理和推进行为节能提供抓手。文章以高校数字化校园节能监管平台建设为案例,研究了高校校园能源管理系统的设计及实现过程,介绍高校校园能源管理系统的建设背景及意义,系统的组成、架构及关键技术研究。
Colleges and universities is a key energy-using units, and to spread the creation of new concept, new technology, research and development of energy conservation important base of energy saving of new products.As an important part of national energy saving, colleges and universities by building energy-saving regulatory platform, real-time and dynamic monitoring, implementation of the energy consumption unified regulation. It is an important measure to build a low carbon and energy-saving campus.Developing enery consumption monitoring platform in the campus,Demonstration in Colleges and Universities,Technical guidelines for the formation of,The construction of energy consumption monitoring system applied to other colleges and universities in the future.The management of energy saving for long-term universities and promote energysaving behavior to provide the helper.This paper takes the construction of the digital campus of Shanghai Ocean University as a case study.The design and implementation of campus energy management system is studied.This paper introduces the background and significance of the construction of campus energy management system, and the composition, structure and key technology of the system.
