桌面式触摸发言裁决单元的可靠性评估存在难以量化的缺陷与不足,模糊理论与专家经验相结合的可靠性评估手段可以有效解决这一难题,从而确保评估结果与实际情况的较好匹配。
The reliability evaluation of desktop touching speech adjudication unit has some shortcomings which are difficult to quantify.The reliability evaluation method combining fuzzy theory with expert experience can effectively solve this problem,so as to ensure a better match between the evaluation results and the actual situation.
