轨交消防气瓶远程监控平台设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 为了确保运营安全,轨道交通等大型公共场所站点中存放着大量的消防钢瓶,用来应对突发性消防安全。由于线路长、站点数目多等因素,传统的人力设备巡检方式效率较低,成本高昂,对钢瓶的维护极为不便。设计了一种基于NB-IoT的轨道交通气瓶远程实时监控和分析平台,通过对钢瓶高频率数据采集收集数据,采用NB-IoT将数据实时发送到云服务平台,服务器端对数据进行分析和可视化展示。系统初步应用运行稳定,较好满足了行业应用。 In order to ensure operational safety,a large number of fire-fighting cylinders are stored in large public places such as rail transit to deal with sudden fire safety.Due to factors such as long lines and numerous stations,traditional manpower methods for equipment inspection and maintenance are inefficient,costly,and extremely inconvenient.Aiming at the above problems,a NB-IoT based remote real-time monitoring and analysis platform for rail transit cylinders is designed.The terminals collect cylinder data at high frequency firstly,and then uses NB-IoT module to send data to the cloud platform in real time.Further more,the received data is analyzed in server platform and visualized with web clients.The system is initially applied to railway system and operates stably,which meets the application requirements adequately in function.
