在三网融合政策驱动下,运营商设计了可视通话产品,该产品实现了电视与电视、电视与手机、手机与手机之间的视频通话业务。建设可视通话业务平台是运营商的必然选择。首先,分析了可视通话业务的现状和构建业务平台的意义;其次,从平台功能架构方面详细阐述了平台构建方案;最后,提出了平台与现有网络承载方案。为运营商可视通话平台规划、设计、建设提供技术支撑。

Telecommunication have designed visual call products under the policy of three networks convergence.This product realizes the video calling service between TV and TV,TV and mobile phone,mobile phone and mobile phone.Visual Call Service Platform is the Inevitable Choice of Telecommunication.Firstly,the status quo of visual call service and the significance of building service platform are analyzed.Secondly,it elaborates the platform construction scheme from the aspect of platform functional architecture.Finally,the platform and the existing network load-bearing scheme are proposed.This paper provides technical support for the planning,design and construction of Telecommunication‘visual call platform.
