酸再生废气排放工艺优化与设备改进 被引量:5

摘要 面对日益严峻的环保要求,对酸再生机组废气排放设备存在的问题进行了分析。以酸再生焙烧炉废气温度、酸再生废气中氯化氢水平为重点,分析了废气不达标的原因。通过预浓缩器内废酸浓度工艺优化,增加三级石墨冷凝器等措施,保证了酸再生机组环保稳定性。并对酸再生的改进建议和操作方法进行了详细介绍。 In the face of increasingly severe environmental protection requirements,the existing problems of waste gas emission equipment of acid regeneration unit are analyzed.Focusing on the waste gas temperature of acid regeneration roaster and the level of hydrogen chloride in waste gas,the reasons for the waste gas below quality were analyzed.The environmental protection stability of acid regeneration unit was guaranteed by optimizing the process of waste acid concentration in pre-concentrator and adding three-stage graphite condenser.The improvement suggestion and operation methods of acid regeneration were introduced in detail.
