摘要
分析了皮带备件质量、清扫器使用效果、护皮的安装和材质等7个因素对皮带使用寿命的影响。根据现场设备的实际情况制定了相应的整改措施,自主研发了防止皮带损伤的安全保护装置和皮带利旧使用的裁剪装置,并在生产过程中不断修正皮带寿命周期管理模型,最终达到了延长皮带使用寿命,降低皮带消耗定额的目的。
The influence of seven factors,such as the quality of spare parts of belt,application effect of sweeper,the installation and material quality of skin protection,on the service life of belt is analyzed.According to the actual situation of field equipment,corresponding improvement measures were formulated.Safety protection device to prevent belt damage and cutting device to benefit the old belt were independently developed,and the belt life cycle management model was constantly revised during the production process.Finally,the purpose of prolonging the belt life and reducing the belt consumption quota was achieved.
