摘要
我科自1955年至1982年底,收住院行中耳乳突手术者(资料完整者)计924例,占同期耳鼻喉科住院病人10.3％。现统计分析如下: 临床资料一、性别与年龄:本组924例中,男582例,女342例,各占总数的63％和37％。年龄见表1,其中最小者仅2岁,最大者71岁,绝大多数病例存40岁以下,约占91％,
The authors report an analysis of 924 cases of middle ear and mastoid operations which were performed in our hospital from 1955 to 1981. Of the 924 cases, 790 (85.5%) were cured, 623 (67.7%) were cured in 6 weeks, 14 (1.5%) developed facial paralysis postoperatively, and 3 (0.3%)died from intracranial complications. Other problems, for example, proper administration of antibiotics, application of microscope in operation, potentiation in local anesthesia, acupuncture anesthesia, etc., are discussed.
