第三腰椎横突综合征的手术治疗(附12例报告)

OPERATIVE TREATMENT OF 3rd LUMBUS TRANSVERSE PROCESS SYNDROME (A Report of 12 Cases)

本文报告12例、病情严重、顽固性腰痛的第三腰椎横突综合征,采用手术松解软组织的方法治疗,获得满意疗效。

Operative treatment of 3rd lumbus transverse process (TLTP) syndrome in 12 cases is reported. TLTP syndrome is a frequent disease in our lumbago clinics. Most of the patients were cured or relieved by means of acupuncture or local injection of prednisolone,Surgical dissolution of soft tissues and removing the tip of 3rd transverse processes were performed in some cases with serious condition. The result of the operation was satisfactory. The pathogenesis of the syndrome is discussed and it is pointed out that the infammation of the soft tissues arises from overwork and that vascular compression is a factor of pain.
