糖尿病237例临床分析

A CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 237 CASES OF DIABETES MELLITUS

本文对237例住院糖尿病例进行了临床分析,男女比例为1.2:1,以25～60岁居多。典型症状是多饮、多尿、多食及消瘦、乏力。并发症中以血管并发症居首位,次为酮症酸中毒(41％),并对糖尿病酮症酸中毒的治疗作了回顾性讨论。

This article analyses 237 cases of diabetes mellitus. This case number accounts for 1.5％ of the total in-patients in our hospital during the past 26 years (from June, 1956 to June, 1982). In these cases, the typical symptoms were loss of weight, tiredness, heavy drinking, polyphagia and polyuria. Among the complications, vascular lesion occupied first place (which coincides with domestic and foreign reports), katoacidosis came second (41％ of the cases). As the incidence of the latter complication in our cases was higher than that reported at home and abroad, we have a retrospective discussion in this article.
