右位心(附8例报告及文献复习)

Dextrocardia——A Report of 8 Cases and Review of Literatures

8例右位心,其中镜像右位心5例,均伴内脏转位,3例伴法乐氏四联症;右旋性右位心3例,1例伴大血管错位。本文结合文献讨论了右位心的分型、各型特点及鉴别要点,提出治疗原则。

8 cases with dextrocardia were reported.5 of them had mirrorimage dextrocardia accompanied with transposition of internal organs and 3 with tetralogy of Fallot,In 3 cases with dextroversion,I was accompanied with transposition of great blood vessels.A discussion was made on types of dex- trocardia,features of three types,main points of differential diagnosis as well as the principle of treatment.
