乳腺肿块细针吸取细胞学的诊断及应用

Diagnosis and Application of the Fine Needle Aspiration Cytology of Breast Masses

1968～1989年共进行乳腺肿块细针吸取细胞学检查5430例。经病理组织学证实370例。细胞学诊断敏感性为97.84％,特异性为87.5％。针吸细胞学对乳腺肿块诊断具有明显意义。

Fine needle aspiration cytology was performed on 5430 breast masses in 1968-1986,of all 370 cases(314 malignant and 56 benign lesions)were confirmed by histopathological examination.314 cases(272 malignant and 42 benign lesions)were given a concord and cytologic diagnosis,Sensitivity was 97.84% of cytologic diagnosis(J=0.85).Fine needle aspiration cytol- ogy is highly reliable to diagnosis of mammary tumour.
