摘要
目的:探讨腔内给予比沙可啶对大鼠体外结肠运动模式的影响。方法:将19只雄性大鼠全结肠随机分为比沙可啶组和生理盐水组。在恒温浴槽内分别经结肠近端及远端腔内给予比沙可啶(bisacodyl)或生理盐水(0.9%NaCl),时空图记录分析离体结肠运动模式变化。结果:1比沙可啶近端灌注可引发簇集性长距离收缩(LDCs)(连续3-8个),频率为3/15 min;2比沙可啶远端灌注可引发规律LDCs,偶可见簇集性LDCs;30.9%NaCl灌注可引发节律性LDCs转换成缓慢推进的节律性运动,无簇集LDCs发生;4比沙可啶及0.9%NaCl灌注均使LDCs频率减低,但头端收缩运动增加。结论:比沙可啶腔内灌注可引发簇集性LDCs和独立的LDCs产生促进结肠传输;依运动模式特征推测神经源性机制起主要作用。
Objective:To explore the effects of bisacodyl on motor patterns in rat colon in vitro.Methods:19male rats were divided randomly into two groups:bisacodyl and saline group.Bisacodyl and saline were infused into the proximal or distal colon lumen;spatiotemporal mapping was used to quantify motor patterns.Results:1Proximal infusion of bisacodyl induced cluster long distance contractions(LDCs)with 3-8LDCs in one cluster and frequency of 3/15min;2Distal infusion of bisacodyl induced rhythmic LDCs and some cluster LDCs;30.9% NaCl infusion proximally or distally changed baseline LDCs into slow propagating rhythmic propulsion without cluster LDCs;4Both Bisacodyl and 0.9% NaCl infusion decreased the frequency of LDCs and increased the frequency of the proximal contractions.Conclusion:Bisacodyl infusion induces cluster LDCs and independent LDCs to promote colonic transit;Neurogenic mechanism possibly plays an important role according to the characteristics of the motor patterns.
