摘要
顺式二醇类生物分子的分离检测在生物分析和疾病诊断上具有重要的意义。硼酸亲和材料与顺式二醇基团可发生可控的可逆共价键合反应,广泛应用于选择性地分离富集生物样品中顺式二醇类物质。本文讨论了硼酸亲和材料的萃取剂原理及其影响因素,对近年来国内外硼酸亲和材料的合成及其在生物样品中的应用进行了介绍。
Determination of cis-diol-containing biological molecules is very significant for the biological analyisis and disease diagnosis.Boronate affinity materials could selectively capture cis-diol-containing compounds based on the controllable reversible covalent binding reaction between boronic acid and cis-diol groups.In this review,the principles and influence factors of boronate affinity materials are discussed,and their preparation and application in analysis of biological samples will be introduced.
